The Montecito staff members along with the Las Vegas police have their hands full as they try to discover who killed Mary's father while investigating the recent hotel robbery. A mysterious cowboy pays the tax debts of the Montecito and becomes the new owner.

The new owner of the Montecito, A.J. Cooper, introduces himself to the staff and brings a new campaign with him: "Anything Can Happen." The staff get worried that people might get fired. Sam is seeing a psychiatrist because of her recent abduction, but she won't open up to him. Instead, she tells him everything about her colleagues.
